Engr. Rajib Ahammad Khan, Managing Director of Geo-Strength Engineering Ltd. (GSEL), has led the company since its inception with a clear vision for precision, integrity, and excellence in engineering. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and an M.Sc. in Environmental Science from North South University, and is a Member of IEB (MIEB – 40811) — reflecting his commitment to professional standards and responsible engineering.

With extensive experience in Building Construction Management, Structural Supervision, and major infrastructure development, he brings a refined blend of technical expertise and leadership to every project. Under his guidance, GSEL has grown into a trusted, premium consultancy known for thoughtful design, reliable supervision, and a client-first approach.
