Khandaker Rauphun Karim finished his Masters in Business Administration from the prestigious University Of Dhaka and his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology.

He has 15 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience and expertise under his belt. Having started his career with some local and international construction giants, he became the Chair of Geo-strength Engineering Limited in 2021 with a dream to put his signature on by playing an instrumental role in the field of Geotechnical engineering of Bangladesh as a construction solution provider. He is relentlessly putting his efforts into every single project to take its standard to a global level as well as in the nation building process through his passion for engineering.
